Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks as needed.
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Assist with basic HR functions such as employee onboarding and attendance tracking.
- Prepare reports, manage petty cash, and support budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
