Phonics University is a private higher-education institution located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. Established in 2009 as the Phonics Group of Institutions and granted full university status by the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in 2025, it offers multidisciplinary academic programs emphasizing practical skills, research, and career readiness. Founded under the Seth Bimal Prasad Jain Educational Trust, Phonics began as an engineering and management college and grew into a comprehensive university with more than 140 programs across 10 schools. The 20-acre campus at Imli Khera Dharampur, 12th Mile Stone, Bhagwanpur–Haridwar Highway, provides a residential environment designed for holistic learning and innovation.
