The Sales Officer supports the organization’s sales goals by managing field and customer interactions. This includes presenting products, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
- Visit clients, present products/services, and explain features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent experience).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
