The HR Executive plays a key role in hiring, training, and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and support HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and support administrative activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
